Everyone attending the Seminar MUST complete this form, regardless if you need housing during the Seminar or not.

Please note that registration for the Seminar takes place between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 13. You MUST arrive during that time so please plan accordingly for any early morning travel (account for possible road construction). There will be continental breakfast items (muffins, coffee, juice) available during the registration time on Monday, June 13.

Please complete the following selection of social-impact questions. These are merely to gauge a baseline for Seminar attendance and will not be used for any other purpose. You will be asked the same questions upon the completion of the Seminar in conjunction with the post test.

Housing Information (Dates: June 12 - 15, 2022. Seminar registration is 7:45 a.m. - 8:30 a.m., June 13)

Only registered attendees are allowed to stay in the residence halls provided. The ONLY housing available are residence hall rooms - hotel rooms or housing elsewhere is NOT reimbursed by the Lignite Energy Council or any of the Seminar sponsors. If you do not need housing or choose to stay elsewhere, please indicate that in the fields below.
Gate City Hall & Swensen Hall at Bismarck State College - For 2022 only - residence hall accommodations will be single occupancy UNLESS you would like to request a roommate.If you know someone who is attending the seminar, you may choose your own roommate by typing their name in the space above. Spouses may stay together in a dorm room ONLY IF spouses are also registered to attend the Seminar.(For all other years: 2 people to a room – 4 people to a suite that share a bathroom.)

Media Release/Information

On tour day, attendees will be grouped by geographical area an have photos taken at the facilities. Please indicate your preferred newspaper(s). Additional photos and videos may be taken throughout the Seminar to be used in promotional material and/or on social media.
