Included with the booth is the following:

  • 10’ x 10’ exhibit space (NOT CARPETED)
  • Pipe and drape
  • 8’ table with linen and skirting
  • Two chairs
  • Electricity (please provide own extension cords)
  • Wireless internet (if you require a hard-line internet access, please use the attached order form – there is an additional cost)


Exhibitors have a unique opportunity to market their products or services face-to-face with conference attendees. At both meeting venues, exhibitors setup on prime meeting real estate to market their products or services.

All exhibitors will receive at least one complimentary attendee registration (Meeting Partners and Exhibitor Sponsors receive 2).

Booths can be reserved for $450 (if you are also interested in becoming a sponsor, we have one sponsorship opportunities that include an exhibitor booth). This fee does include an attendee registration. All additional attendees must register. When registering for your booth, you must include a name and email of the person responsible for setting up and tearing down your booth.


Exhibitor set-up is available on Tuesday, October 2 between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Exhibitors should not tear down prior to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 4.

If you need to ship your items, the Bismarck Event Center uses a third party vendor for all freight services. All freight must be shipped to, and picked up from Jobbers Moving and Storage, not the Event Center. Jobbers will then deliver the freight to the Event Center on the appropriate move-in date. How you ship to Jobbers is up to you. The Bismarck Event Center will only accept freight from Jobbers.
