Exhibitor Layout FINAL

Exhibitor set-up is available on Tuesday, September 27 between 10 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 28 between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Detailed information regarding move in and shipping requirements and expectations from the Bismarck Event Center can be found here: //www.bismarckeventcenter.com/p/planner/253

Exhibitors should not tear down prior to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 29 and must be torn down that afternoon no later than 5:00 p.m.

If you need to ship your items, the Bismarck Event Center uses a third party vendor for all freight services. All freight must be shipped to, and picked up from Jobbers Moving and Storage, not the Event Center. Jobbers will then deliver the freight to the Event Center on the appropriate move-in date. How you ship to Jobbers is up to you. The Bismarck Event Center will only accept freight from Jobbers.

You MUST pre-register with Jobbers before arranging for shipment. Please read the information provided by the Bismarck Event Center on shipping policies (https://www.bismarckeventcenter.com/p/buildings/exhibitor-information/policies-procedures) and then register with Jobbers (//www.jobberswarehouse.com/cfs). (NOTE: the event link on the Jobbers website may not be immediately available. Please check back.)

PLEASE NOTE: Carts or any other equipment that has wheels CANNOT be taken through the Exhibit Hall Lobby/Registration area to the parking lot on the West side under any circumstances.

While it is not a requirement, we would encourage our exhibitors to offer a drawing during the meeting. Signing up for door prizes such as sweatshirts, small consumer electronics or even framed artwork has proven to be very effective in increasing traffic.

If your company would like to participate you would only need to provide the door prize and the method by which attendees can register. You would be responsible for notifying winners and distributing the prize. The LEC would also be more than willing to announce winners at our mid-morning break on Thursday, but you would still be responsible for distributing the prize at your booth or other method as determined by your company.

Exhibitors have a unique opportunity to market their products or services face-to-face with conference attendees. At both meeting venues, exhibitors setup on prime meeting real estate to market their products or services.

All exhibitors will receive two complimentary attendee registrations. Exhibitors who are also conference sponsors receive additional attendees.

Booths can be reserved for $395. This fee does include two attendee registrations. Additional attendees may register at a discounted rate. When registering for your booth, you must include a name and email of the person responsible for setting up and tearing down your booth. Register online here
